ok, I take the IMPL Javadoc out, for now. Let's discuss that on dev, when it comes to next release of whatever (trinidad, tobago, tomahawk, myfaces)

Developers are free to run Javadoc if they desperately want it, but these are explicitly classes that noone outside of Trinidad should be using.
