Solution:
In the PPRPanelGroupRenderer encodeBegin method the transient attributes of
all transient
components are set to false. further those components are "marked" with an
attribute in the attributes-map.
The PPRPhaseListener checks for those markings in case of a non-PPR request and
resets those
components to transient.
