Fixed in rev. 557393.
Changes made during migration:
Width of tr:messages table is now controlled via skinning.
When only 1 message is visible, additional skin selector
'af|messages::list-single' will be added in addition to normal
'af|messages::list'
Now delegates to panelBox for outer skin rendering - skin selector names have
minor changes for consistency with panelBox naming convention
New delegates to panelHeader for Header rendering.
Ready for next stage - client-side enhancements.
