Actually just to make the entire bugreport as complete as possible, there was
another issue
which prevented apps to work, that one was causing an el error being reported
by jasper,
once a value binding is set to a non el value (aka value="2" for instance)
the issue is fixed in the latest builds, however it is existent in the MyFaces
1.2.0 version.
So I will not file another issue for that since it seems to be fixed.
