detailFormat attribute is feeding the wrong value to the {0} argument

the datailFormat attribute is feeding the entire message (i.e. input label with
quots and the validation error detail) to the first argument ({0}). The
expected behavior would be to have only the validation text in that argument
since the second argument ({1}) is feeding the input label as well.
