One version of the plugins should be entirely sufficient for building both the
JSF 1.1 and JSF 1.2 plugins. Most of the plugins are identical, and the 1.2
faces plugin still has a 1.1-generating mode.
This'd let us rearrange the repository so we don't have to maintain two
versions of the plugins.
