It would be nice to have the popup part of the panelPopup component have
functionality similar to the panelBox component of having sides and corners.
This would allow skins to have rounded corners around the outside of the popup
that include the title bar area. Currently a panelBox can be added as the
contents of the dialog, but it doesn't include the title bar's content if done
in that way.
