Adding tomahawk-sandbox.jar to classpath breaks tobagos ajax features.
The reason: The name of the used parameter: "affectedAjaxComponent" are the
same in tomahawk and tobago.
In the tomahawk-sandbox.jar is the AjaxDecodePhaseListener registered which
results in not executing the tobagoLifecircle.
We should rename this parameter, but this may have effects on applications
using this directly.
