JSR 301 Spec indicates it will provide a servlet filter implementation that
works in conjunction with the specified behavior of its
ViewHandler.renderView() to support the JSF 1.2 behavior that handles JSP
output and JSF output interleaving correctly.
This filter still needs to be implemented and behavior/use within renderView
confirmed.
