The tree/treeTable skinning improvements talked about in the mailing list
threads :"[Trinidad] Skinning the tree", "[Trinidad] tree components skinning
improvement"
To the tree skinning:
- the connecting lines (with possibility to skin / disable them)
- the possibility to skin the expand/collapse icon
- the possibility to add node icons with a String getNodeType() method in the
node class
For the tree table:
- the same things except the lines
- possibility to skin the expand all / collapse all icons
