org.apache.myfaces.trinidad.CACHE_VIEW_ROOT
org.apache.myfaces.trinidad.USE_APPLICATION_VIEW_CACHE
are currently stored in the httpsession. This is an enhancement request for a
pluggable caching mechanism supporting the current httpsession as well as
jcscache and a framework to allow other cache providers.
