missing optgroup support for tr:selectOneListbox and tr:selectManyListbox

in comparison to the equivalent standard components tr:selectOneListbox and
tr:selectManyListbox have no support for the html tag "optgroup"
(i wrote a patch - please notice that this impl. is only a conceptional one -
so maybe there is still room for diverse improvements)
