As far as I can confirm the following facets for tr:panelPage are not being
rendered:

<f:facet name="contextLocal"/>
<f:facet name="toolBarGlobal"/>
<f:facet name="toolBar1"/>
<f:facet name="toolBar2"/>
<f:facet name="auxiliaryGlobal"/>
<f:facet name="auxiliary1"/>
<f:facet name="auxiliary2"/>
I believe it is just the "newer" facets of tr:panelPage that are not working.
