Upgrade of MyFaces Tiles integration to Tiles 2 - use new
JspTilesTwoViewHandlerImpl class with Tiles 2 and the new configuration /
jsp-tag syntax of tiles 2 for this to work.
The integration is shown in the MyFaces Tomahawk Tiles example.
