I've created a <div class="custom_tip" id="custom_tip"> </div> on my jsp. Then
I've created a javascript to show set the text of this div and make it visible
on "onmouseover" event on <option> tag (I put the ovent on tc:cell that have a
tx:selectOneChoice).
