Add support for the day suffix e.g. st, nd, rd, th in headers, in a localised
way.
The header format is defined using 'th' as the placeholder for the suffix e.g.
headerDateFormat="EEEE',' d'th' 'of' MMMM yyyy"
Where the locale is not supported, the suffix is not displayed.
