Currently an alternate ViewHandler (like FaceletsVH) needs to be declared in
web.xml;
The current solution works with one VH.
It would be nice, if a chain of VHs would be allowed.
A cfg entry could look like:
<param>org....FirstVH, org.....SecondVH</param>
