To skin the table select one and table select many radio buttons and column,
the Trinidad selectors to use are af|tableSelectMany or af|tableSelectOne. This
is odd because the components af:tableSelectMany and af:tableSelectOne no
longer exist in Trinidad (they did exist in ADF Faces). To be more consistent
with the component changes in Trinidad, the two selectors should be renamed to
e.g. af:table::SelectMany and af|table::SelectOne
