Recreate the Trinidad demo from the ground up

The current demo is more of a testing project. What I would like to do:
1. Rename trinidad-demo to trinidad-test for developers to use as a feature and
component testing project
2. Create a new trinidad-demo
Goals:
1. Showcase all components in a nice looking demo
2. Default to showing the new skin proposed in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRINIDAD-979
3. Leverage Facelets 1.1.14 to build a template(s) for all component and
feature demo pages
4. Provide a better example for users how to start making a more complex
Trinidad application
5. "Eat our own dog food" by making the templates use Trinidad features
