We need *.cur to be loadable by the trinidad resource servlet.

A customer that is writing a custom component and is using Trinidad's
ResourceServlet because his images are in the /adf/ path, wants to have a
cursor image in one of his skin selector's definition.
Therefore we should add 'cur' to the list of resources in
CoreRenderKitResourceLoader.
Currently the list is:
register("(/.*\\.(css|jpg|gif|png|jpeg|svg|js))",
new CoreClassLoaderResourceLoader(parent));
