Someone was asking me if they could have a style-sheet-name in
trinidad-skins.xml that isn't relative to the trinidad-skins file.
Yes, they can add an URL there, like something that begins with http:, https:,
file:, jar:, ftp:
This should be documented in the Apache MyFaces Trinidad Skinning doc.
