[Trinidad] non-component tag demos

Hi,

I wanted to add a fileDownloadActionListener demo to the trin demos, but 
there isn't really a good place to link a non-component tag demo.

So I wanted to add a dir to the trin demos for non-component tags, issue 
described here:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRINIDAD-1021

This is just a demo thing, and seems uncontroversial, but thought I'd 
see if there are any objections or other ideas.
