Make sure to mention that the custom component developer should choose a unique
style-sheet-name.
The reason is we use the ClassLoader's getResource with the style-sheet-name,
and if the name is the same
as another style-sheet-name in another jar on the classpath, then the file in
the jar that is first on the classpath will be
returned.

Right now there is no mention of the skin-addition element that goes in the
trinidad-skins.xml file.
We need some documentation for this and its elements - style-sheet-name,
bundle-name, and translation-source.
