Both the TLD description of <tr:icon> and the "Icon Skinning Key" section in
the Developer guide need to be updated in the following ways:
o The CSS Entry associated with an "name" is ".AFNameIcon:alias" not
"af|name-icon"
o The first character of the name is upcased in the CSS entry. So <tr:icon
name="myLogo"> and <tr:icon name="MyLogo"> both refer to the CSS entry
".AFMyLogoIcon:alias"
