addRow demo doesn't add a full row, it adds a row with 2 px height and nothing
in it.

Run the faces/demos/tableDemos/addRow.jspx demo.
Press the Add Row button.
You'll notice that a smushed row is added (it looks like 2 lines close to each
other, not a row with an inputText.
I'd expect a row to be added with an inputText field in it.
I tried this in 1.2.7 and 1.2.8 and the results are the same.
