Migration issues on Partial Triggers

Hi,
We are in a process of migrating our application from Trinidad 1.0.1 to
Trinidad 1.2.8. We are facing issues on the partial triggers and they are not
working at several places. When we add a child to a tree and is not reflected
on the tree but while clicking the parent edit/expand then the child is visible.
We tried many ways like triggering partial target inside code, clearing UI
tree, triggering partial target on whole panel etc but none of them worked.
Not sure what is happening? Your advice is highly appreciated.
