In JSF 1.2 the binding attribute was introduced on converters and validators,
such as:
-http://java.sun.com/javaee/javaserverfaces/1.2_MR1/docs/tlddocs/f/convertNumber.html
-http://java.sun.com/javaee/javaserverfaces/1.2_MR1/docs/tlddocs/f/validateLongRange.html
We should enhance Trinidad converters/validators with these attributes
