Jira operates by query string doesn't it? If so, each release, a link
could be added to the
http://myfaces.apache.org/trinidad/release-notes.html page that simply
opens the Jira report by that query string. For example, here is the
1.2.9 release link:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?projectId=12310661&styleName=Html&version=12313157

Then we can just remove the rest of the content on that page (except
maybe the supported platforms)

Or maybe just a link to
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRINIDAD?report=com.sourcelabs.jira.plugin.portlet.releases:releases-projecttab

Then it doesn't have to be maintained every release
