The taglib descriptors are wrong:

This will need to be corrected!
Those names look ok to me. An app will use either tomahawk.jar *or*
tomahawk12.jar; the two are mutually exclusive and provide the same
components (just optimised for different environments). So it seems
sensible to me that they use the same taglib name.
The files are completely empty of component declarations though, which
will indeed be a tiny wee problem :-).
