Just a reminder: the rules are that 3 +1s are required from *PMC* members. Other votes are good to have, but are not binding for the release, as only the PMC is authorised by the apache foundation to approve releases. There are 3 PMC members in the list above (grant, simon, cagatay) so there is no problem in this case. Regards, Simon
