Fix Version/s: 1.2.10-core
Checked in for 1.2.9.1 and trunk_1.2.x
Cleaned up src/test/webapp foder and brought it in sync with the src/main
webapp settings. This still will not work with Jetty as it is not setup to run
the war from the test directory, but it does work with JDev 11 at least
