In tabGroup with switchtype=reloadTab the switching via paging arrows did
switch to false tab if you use click in tab header before.
Reproduceable in the demo at tobago.atanion.net:
Go to tabgroup page, select the middle of the outher tabgroup, click into the
header of the middle inner tab.
Now click to the left arrow in the inner tabgroup, the inner tab is reloaded,
but without tab switching.
Now click the right tab header, the tab reloads to the right tab, click at the
right arrow, click at the left tab header, the tab reloads to the left tab,
now click on the right arrow: the tab reloads to the last tab, skipping the
middle.
