Using dialogs with useWindow=true causes page to display hour glass

In my application, I open a dialog box with a commandLink tag with useWindow
attribute set to true. No validations are involved. When the new dialog is
closed, clicking on any non-clickable area in the parent window causes the
browser to display an hour glass and becomes unresponsive to clicks. Once a
mouse click is performed outside the parent browser window, things get back to
normal. Firefox does not display similar issue because firefox does not display
the modal behavior.
