[myfaces-builder-plugin] can we do a release (for builder-annotations and builder-plugin 1.0.2)?

Hi

It could be good to do a release of myfaces-builder-plugin (and
myfaces-builder-annotations) 1.0.2. Several bugs has been fixed and then we
can do a release of myfaces core 1.2.5 and tomahawk 1.1.8.

I'll start the procedure the next week.
