Add contentStyle attribute to panelLabelAndMessage

It would really be apreciated if a contentStyle attribute would be added to the
panelLabelAndMessage, so that not only the label could be styled with inline
css but also the content. Right now I also see the inlineStyle nowhere in the
rendering ..
This is especially usefull, if one uses a panelLabelAndMessage within a
panelFormLayout among other tr:input* components, which obviously can be style
by a styleClass or inlineCSS.
