The Trinidad trunks are switched (see TRINIDAD-1311) and there was a vote to
put more efforts in Trinidad 1.2.x
Trinidad 1.0.x will still have releases, but these are basically bug fixes. No
new features etc.
However, this needs to be discussed in a wiki (and website).
