Hello Werner, I don't think I understand your question. All TODOs are on JIRA and I add them when a new snapshot gets released. However, JIRA currently miss all TODOs for new and modified tags as I only placed the PDF and JavaDoc changes in so far. I'll add the missing ones tonight.
