When response writer outputs script nodes for encoding another then UTF-8 it
encodes all symbols greater than 0x80. That makes component behavior dependent
on what mode: HTML or XHTML is used by application developer.
This issue is clone of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MYFACES-218 that
has been closed as "Won't fix" because reporter provided client-side
workaround, but this workaround isn't acceptable for me.
