is an issue in 1.2.8.1 branch only

Capability.xml disables BlackBerry4.xml for BlackBerry 4.2 ~ 4.5. This reset
the capability flag for JavaScript support and some component rendering logic
are negatively affected. For example, the navigation elements on top of tables
are always disabled.
