Do not apply this patch to 1.2.8.1 and 1.2.9.1 branches.
These branches do not support BlackBerry Bold and Storm.

Currently PPR is not enabled on BlackBerry Bold and Storm as their browsers
were not tested for PPR capability. Since, the browsers were verified, PPR
should be enabled for those browsers.
