Some changes added in jsf 2.0 spec make some test using shale-test mock objects
fail.
The temporal solution is remove this test dependency and move some shale-test
code to myfaces api test jar. Then, when we have a shale-test lib for jsf 2.0,
remove this files and add the dependency again
