SimpleScheduleModel extends AbstractScheduleModel that has a nice constructor
that allows the caller to specify the TimeZone to be used.
Sadly, SimpleScheduleModel misses a constructor with the same possibility. I
think it's only a matter of adding a constructor that accept a TimeZone.
