Bridge doesn't wrap exceptions correctly

Currently the bridge wraps exceptions in a BridgeException by doing the 
following:
        Throwable rootCause = e.getCause();
        throw new BridgeException(e.getMessage(), rootCause);

It should:
               throw new BridgeException(e);

This will ensure full/proper wrapping of inner exceptions.
