Code should override setId to add the namespace to the JSF id. JSF expects
naming containers to merely be providing their id as the container id.
Original impl had a mismatch -- the component id was the JSF id while the
container id was the namespace id. By appending the namespace id to the
component id during the setId operation we ensure these values are synced.
