Bridge has been modified to insert its own ApplicationFactory so it can control
the type of UIView component that is created. This insertion occurs by
referencing the impl class in the META-INF/services
javax.faces.application.ApplicationFactory file. When the changes were
checked-in this file didn't get added/included. So add it.
