Currently the bridge delegates all faces urls to the portlet api to encode. The
portlet api can only encode hierarchical URLs like http:. If someone uses
javascript: or mailto: the bridge fails because the portlet api throws an
exception. Instead the bridge should recognize these non-hierarchical urls and
not encode them (return them unchanged.).
