This covers the final changes needed to move the Trinidad metadata (ie build
.xml files) to use the jsr-276 metadata standard. Note that there were 2
previous jira's for changes in the plugins. This includes 2 patches. The
first patch is one last change for the plugins. The second patch contains the
new metadata in the jsr-276 format (plus it contains 1 change to the impl test
framework that was dependent on a metadata element).
