To enable MyFaces AJAX Javascript to run inside Mojarra we need to offer an
extension point myfaces.ajax.request() that triggers the MyFaces Javascript
while jsf.ajax.request continues to call Mojarras Javascript. Later, when we
offer t:ajax, this can call myfaces.ajax.request and bring the MyFaces
Javascript with it.
