Trinidad Committers Only - Committing Trinidad-1532

Hi all,
I have provided a path for the issue Trinidad-1532, which is based on 
the failure of Windows Mobile 6 in submitting a page using PPR. It would 
be great if anyone of committers is willing to apply the patch.
