tweaked the renderView method in both the facelets and JSP VDL classes to
better match the spec.
Changed the facelets state saving portion to use the newer
StateManager.saveView() method and the non-deprecated version of
StateManger.WriteState.
In JSP, added a null check prior to reverting the response writer to
"oldResponseWriter" per the spec.
